Loudoun County Public Library and Inova Offering Free Lecture

Loudoun County Public Library, in partnership with Inova, invites the community to a free and informative lecture, the Perimenopause/Menopause Journey. Led by healthcare professionals from Inova, this session will offer valuable insights into a critical life stage that affects millions of women.

Join Inova physician Harika Kantamneni, DO and nurse practitioner Melissa Dhas, NP for a candid, empowering discussion that explores the physical, emotional, and mental health changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Attendees will gain practical tools, health tips, and strategies to support their well-being during this transition.
