• Leesburg Council Approves Reconstruction for Express Car Wash (loudounnow.com) — Leesburg’s Town Council has unanimously approved changes to the former Britewash Auto site at the Shops at Russell Branch, clearing the way for an Edge Express Car Wash with expanded parking and new outdoor vacuums. The move came after the zoning administrator’s decision had to be appealed due to existing proffers, with council members stressing their support for staff while allowing the project to move forward.
