The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is alerting drivers in Leesburg and elsewhere in the county to road closures and potential traffic delays in the area this weekend.<ul><li>"Prayer services held at the Congregation Sha'are Shalom Friday and Saturday may cause some delays on Evergreen Mills Road in the area of Heritage High School in Leesburg. Motorists should be aware of increased traffic and pedestrian traffic from 6PM to 11:30PM on Friday and from 8:30AM to 1:30PM on Saturday.</li><li>"An event held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will cause delays in the Waterford area. The roads impacted include Factory Street, Second Street, Janney Street, Water Street, High Street, and Loyalty Road. The event will be held from 9AM to 5PM each day."</li></ul>LCSO encourages motorists to please be patient, drive safely, follow all law-enforcement direction and have a safe weekend.
