VA Restaurants Cited: Fruit Fly Infestation, Dead Roach, Dirty Dishes
Northern Virginia restaurants were cited for concerns about dead roaches, a fruity fly infestation, and soiled utensils during inspections.

Then there are commercial kitchens that are immaculately clean, surpass all safety standards and dish up delicious food.
