LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Presidents Day is coming, giving many workers and students a three-day weekend in Loudoun County.
In observance of the holiday, many government offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20.
Here's a list of the closings and schedule changes to know on Presidents Day 2023 in Loudoun County.

- Loudoun County government offices: Closed on Feb. 20.
- Town of Leesburg government offices: Closed on Feb. 20.
- State courts: Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court are closed Feb. 20.
- Loudoun County Public Schools: The school district is closed on Feb. 20.
- Department of Motor Vehicles: The state DMV offices are closed on Feb. 20.
- Loudoun County Transit: There will be no commuter bus or Metro Connection Bus services on Feb. 20.
- Library: The Loudoun County Public Library will be closed on Feb. 20.
- Metro: Metrorail and Metrobus typically run on a Saturday schedule on Presidents Day. Metrorail service is adjusted due to the 7000-series railcar investigation.
- Post offices: Closed on Feb. 20.
- Recreation centers: Open regular hours on Feb. 20.
- Leesburg Trash Pick-Up: The Town of Leesburg will collect trash and recycling on its normal schedule on Feb. 20.
