LEESBURG, VA—Police have released images of a man who apparently recorded a woman while she was using a restroom at a medical building Monday in the 19000 block of Deerfield Avenue in Lansdowne, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He's described as white, around 20, 5-8 and with a thin build. He was wearing a puffy black jacket, light blue jeans and black shoes with gray accents.

Around 4:45 p.m., the woman said while she was using the restroom, she noticed a phone from the next stall that appeared to be recording her. He then left and she contacted authorities. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
