It’s Friday, July 26. Here are five things you need to know. Tell us what we need to know on the Patch message board!

1. Today: Lorton’s Gunston Hall Plantation - the historic home of founding father George Mason - has a mystery that needs solving. Is your family game? The scavenger hunt is part of the mansion tour, which begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.

2. You Said It: "I've seen somebody spend $15 for a single but that's like 24 ounces of yogurt and a lot of toppings," said Lorton’s sweetFrog team leader Brandon Bennick. "But the average price is $4-$5 for one serving."

3. ICYMI: Patch recently spoke with artist Allen Levy, formerly of the marketing department at USA Today. Levy quit his job four years ago to become a resident artist at the Workhouse Arts Center. His paintings range in price from $150-$7,000.

4. Number of the Day: $15 million. That’s the estimated cost in 1991 for a proposal to normalize school hours on Mondays in Fairfax County. Students are currently released early to allow for teacher planning. Officials are again considering the move. It’s expected the price has likely climbed.
