How do you like your chili? The Greenspring Retirement Community chose the winners of its chili cook-off on Friday afternoon, and the top recipes will be included in the DC101 Chili Cook-Off in May 2014.
The Winners:

- Greenspring chef Eric Phipps
- Greenspring chef Robbina Osei-Owusu
"I know I have a good chili," said Phipps. "You don't want chili to be overbearing, just spicy enough to give you a little kick in the back of your throat."
