Check out the rehearsal photos.
South County High School Theatre is premiering it's spring musical "The Music Man" Friday night. Will they really have "Seventy-six Trombones"? You'll have to find out for yourself.
The Meredith Willson story is about a con artist who tries to sell band equipment to a small town and make a break with their cash. But his plan is foiled when he falls in love with a librarian. The show will be performed with more than 50 South County students in the production, which will also have performances on Saturday, May 4, and the following weekend, May 10-11.

“The play is nostalgic,” said Kathy McCormally, the South County drama teacher. “It reminds us all of a small town community where folks stick together and life seemed so much easier than all of the craziness we face today.”
