Visions for Vacancies: 9000-K Lorton Station Boulevard

There's a new open space in Lorton. The 1,600 by 2,995 square-foot space at 9000-K Lorton Station Blvd. is empty and available.

The space was previously the Dollin' It Up Spa. The space is located in the Lorton Station Town Center, and its neighbors are and .

"We want an anchor store of some sort," said Gabriella Nunez, who represents property manager . "We want something that will be a resource for residents, like an Ace Hardware Store, because the nearest hardware store is miles away. Or, we could use a Jos A. Bank, or women's clothing store. We need places for people to spend their money with leisure."
