Slime Museum Planned For NoVA Shopping Center
The owners of an "experiential slime children's museum" have set their sites on a local shopping mall, reports say.
TYSONS, VA — An “experiential slime children’s museum” will soon be coming to a two-level space near the Nordstrom in Tysons Corner Center, according to reports.
Sloomoo Institute plans to spend an estimated $3.8 million to deliver a “timed ticketed slime experience” and publicly accessible retail store, according to plans submitted to Fairfax County, as first reported by the Washington Business Journal.
A permit document filed last week with the county indicates that Sloomoo will be occupying an 11,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by the Paul Mitchell beauty school, which closed in 2024. An opening date has not been announced, the WBJ reported.
