Police Searching for Missing Manassas Man

A Manassas man who is legally blind and has difficulty walking has been missing since Monday, Manassas City Police said. 

Lyle Foster III, 54, was last seen leaving his residence on Hood Road and walking with a cane around 10:30 a.m. He was reported missing less than two hours later.

Foster, who has short term memory loss, was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and dark blue baseball cap. He is about 5 feet tall, weighs 160 pounds, has brown eyes and brown/gray hair.
