Police: Suspect Wielded BB Gun During Rape
Prince William County Police said the suspect attacked an acquaintance.

A Manassas man faces charges after he allegedly raped an acquaintance while armed with a BB gun, Prince William County Police said.
Alfred Curtis Means, 21, of Wax Myrtle Way in Manassas, is charged with rape, abduction, forcible sodomy and three counts of the use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation on Saturday, after a 21-year-old Manassas woman reported that Means had raped her. Police said that Means directed the victim to drive near Vint Hill Road and Par Drive in the Nokesville area.

"Once there, the accused displayed a handgun and raped the victim. After the assault, the accused ordered the victim to drive him home," Officer Jonathan Perok, a spokesman for the department, said in a press release.
After an investigation, police obtained warrants for Means' arrest. They arrested him without incident at a home on Glenolden Road. Officers executed search warrants at Means' residence and the Glenolden Road residence, and determined that the firearm was a BB gun, Perok said.

Means is held without bond pending a court appearance.
