NOKESVILLE, VA., FEBRUARY 28, 2022 - Prince William County Parks, Recreation & Tourism (DPRT) held a groundbreaking ceremony today to kick off construction of the new Rollins Ford Park in the Brentsville district.

Led by Prince William County DPRT Director, Seth Hendler-Voss and Brentsville District Supervisor Jeanine Lawson, the ceremony served to celebrate the new 69-acre park which will include two athletics fields (one grass and one synthetic turf), a destination playground, basketball court, pavilions, dog park, comfort station, walking trails, a "pump track" for bike riders and wildflower meadows.
Gainesville Supervisor Pete Candland, several Brentsville area residents and Girl Scouts were also in attendance to show their support.

Dustin Construction is the general contractor for the project.
