Suspicious Man Blows Kiss At Student In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—Authorities are on the lookout for an unknown suspicious man who made a suggestive advance toward a student Saturday morning near Osbourn High School at 9005 Tudor Lane, according to Manassas City Police. He was in a red Chevrolet pickup and was described as Hispanic and in his late 30s or early 40s.

Around 9:30 a.m., police responded to the school for a reported suspicious event. A student said he was in the area of Manassas Museum walking toward Osbourn when the man in the pickup "waved and blew a kiss at him." The truck lingered in the area until the student fled toward the school. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-257-8000.
