Mixed Martial Arts event comes to Manassas Park Community Center Saturday July 11th.

Mix It Up Sports fight promotions will bring 18+ matches of mixed martial arts, submission grappling and kick-boxing, including three title fights— to the Manassas Park Community Center on Saturday, July 11th.

Doors open at 7 p.m. with fights beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Northern Virginia’s mixed martial arts scene is one of the most vibrant on the East coast, with many athletes competing professionally in the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Bellator promotions. Multiple finalists and contestants on the Ultimate Fighter television show have begun their careers fighting in local Northern Virginia promotions, including Cris McCray and Ultimate Fighter winner Colton Smith. Manassas Park’s history of amateur wrestling excellence makes it a natural home for the growing sport.
