New Commuter Bus Connects Prince William County to Dulles International Airport and Leesburg
New bus route has stops at Dale City Commuter Lot, Manassas Park VRE Station, Dulles International Airport, and Loudoun County Gov. Center.

Staring Oct. 20, a pilot Loudoun County Transit Commuter bus route will connect Prince William County (PWC) to Dulles Airport and Leesburg. The bus will run Mon. - Fri., have stops at Dale City Commuter Lot, Manassas Park VRE Station, Dulles International Airport, and Loudoun County Gov. Center, and departures from PWC between 4:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and from Dulles Airport between 3:39 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The schedule was designed to accommodate many airport workers, and to attract riders, Loudoun County Transit is offering a free $50 SmarTrip card to riders who ride R/T, and complete a survey. The cost to ride the commuter bus from PWC will be $8.25 per trip. Commuters can make payment with exact cash or using a SmarTrip card.
The Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA) Employer Outreach Team was happy to help Loudoun County Transit construct the schedule, by polling airport employers to get their input on arrival and departure times at the airport. DATA will also be promoting this new bus route when encouraging airport employers to set up or promote, a commuter benefits plan to save their employees money on their commute.
