Just Sold: McLean, Great Falls on 'Most Expensive' List in DC Area

Five McLean and Great Falls homes were on a list of the 10 most expensive homes by sales price in March. Others were in Potomac and Bethesda, Md. and in Georgetown.

McLean and Great Falls are home to five of the 10 most expensive homes to sell in March in the DC metro area, according to data compiled by Curbed.

Outside of Virginia, the priciest homes in the metro area were in Potomac and Bethesda, Md. and in Georgetown in DC.

407 Chain Bridge Road sold for $3,600,000.

9601 Georgetown Pike sold for $3,850,000.
