McLean Volunteer Fire Department To Host Blood Drive With Inova

MCLEAN, VA — As the region’s blood supplies remain extremely low, the McLean Volunteer Fire Department is teaming up with Inova Blood Donor Services to hold a blood drive on Friday, Oct. 20. The Inova bloodmobile will be located in the fire department’s parking lot.

The blood drive will run from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 20. The public can visit the Inova website to schedule an appointment to donate blood at the fire department.

All people who donate blood at the McLean Volunteer Fire Department on Friday will receive a Halloween t-shirt, while supplies last.

The fire department is located at 1455 Laughlin Avenue in McLean.
