SHOPLIFTING, 8000 block of Tysons Corner Center, 4/4/12, 7:40 p.m. Loss prevention personal detained Josue Palomino Barrera, 18, of Arlington. Palomino was subsequently arrested and charged with grand larceny and possession of burglarious tools.
