Northern Ireland Children's Theater Company To Perform In McLean

MCLEAN, VA — Northern Ireland’s award-winning children theater company Cahoots NI will be performing at The Alden theater at the McLean Community Center in February.

The theater company will be performing “Danny Carmo’s Mathematical Mysteries,” an educational show for the whole family. The show will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10.

Audiences should be “prepare to be amazed, dazzled and bewildered by Cahoots NI’s mind-blowing show where math, theater and digital technology collide to create a fun and interactive performance,” The Alden said.

Tickets are $17 for the general public, $12 for tax district residents and $15 for seniors and students. The Alden is located at 1234 Ingleside Ave.

Cahoots NI, based in Belfast, produces innovative work for children and their families. The company’s style combines magic and illusion, physical theater and original music. Cahoots NI has been touring the world since 2001.

In June 2021, Cahoots NI was named Arts Organization of the Year at the Arts & Business NI Awards.
