Pumpkin Garland-Making Event Coming To Dolley Madison Library

MCLEAN, VA — Fairfax County Public Library is holding a pumpkin garland-making event Tuesday afternoon at Dolley Madison Library in McLean.

With the library providing the supplies, children will get to make seasonable pumpkin garlands out of fabric and other materials. The garlands are good for decorating a home or a child's room during autumn.

The Oct. 25 event is for both pre-school and school-age children. Visit Fairfax County’s website to sign up for the event, which will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the library’s meeting room.
