As of Monday, Sullivan has not pre-filed any legislation, but Boysko has pre-filed two bills for the upcoming legislative session:

After the defeat of Senate Bill 975 in February, Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell (D-Mount Vernon) said that he planned to reintroduce legislation that would pave the way for a casino to be built along Metro's Silver Line in Tysons. No one has reintroduced the legislation for the 2026 session yet.
