Robbery In McLean Area Leads To Charges Against Lorton, Dumfries Men
Two men, one from Lorton and the other from Dumfries, were arrested in connection with a robbery at a home in the McLean area on Monday.

MCLEAN, VA — Two men have been arrested in connection with a robbery on Monday at a home in the McLean where one of the victims was taken to the hospital, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
A third suspect in the robbery, which police said was not a random act, has still not been identified or apprehended, police said.
At about 5:45 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to a burglary in the 1300 block of Spring Hill Road in the McLean area. Three suspects forcibly entered a residence, brandished a firearm and demanded money, according to police.

The men assaulted two victims inside the home, then ran from the residence, police said. One of the victims was hospitalized with injuries considered non-life-threatening.
One of the suspects, Jaquan Ross, 32, of Lorton, was spotted near the scene of the robbery by the FCPD’s helicopter attempting to hide by laying on the ground, police said.

Ross was arrested and charged with three counts of abduction, three counts of robbery, burglary, malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, police said.
Another suspect, Elijah Thomas, 24, of Dumfries, was taken into custody on Thursday by the FCPD’s Fugitive Track and Apprehension Unit. Thomas was charged with three counts of abduction, three counts of robbery, burglary, malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and felon in possession of a firearm.
Both Ross and Thomas are being held without bond, police said.
