Woman Found Dead at Great Falls Home
Police release name Sunday of 50-year-old victim found at the home.

GREAT FALLS, VA — A woman was found dead at a home in Great Falls, according to a statement released by Fairfax County Police on Sunday.
At 7 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to the home in the 11500 block of Seneca Farm Way in Great Falls.
The victim, 50-year-old Kathi Lynn Lipp was declared deceased at the scene by first responders.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
The investigation is being conducted by the Major Crimes Division, according to FCPD.

It doesn't appear there is any threat to the public, according to the statement.
