Legally Blonde, the Musical is based on the 2001 novel by Amanda Brown and the hit film, Legally Blonde. It follows the story of Elle Woods, as she goes on a mission to find love (and herself) at Harvard Law School. After discovering how the law can be used to help others, Elle finds herself using her newfound skills to defend a workout-queen caught in a murder trial. Legally Blonde, the Musical is an evening of high-energy song, dance, and music.
“Our theatre department displays so many of our students’ skills from acting and singing to dance and performance…Legally Blonde is a bold, entertaining show that blends MSA’s creativity and talents,” Melissa Dobbs, president of Metropolitan School of the Arts of Lorton and Alexandria, said in a news release.
