The Hurricane Foundation is looking for donations to get our housing initiatives off and running. We want to purchase some land and building a housing building for our Homeless Female Veterans and their Children have somewhere to reside in the Virginia Metropolitan area. The housing units can already have rooms in them allowing the Hurricane Foundation, Inc to provide those housing units to individuals in need. Two Mount Vernon High School students were recently named to the Virginia All-State Chorus. Hannah Blanco and alternate Emily Whitworth were selected to represent Mount Venron High School in the All-State Chorus. Sixty-six FCPS students have been named to the Virginia All-State Chorus for 2013 and will perform as a group on April 27, at Hanover High School in Mechanicsburg. Forty-two additional students were named alternates to the All-State Chorus.   <ul> </ul>
