Police: Convenience Store Robbed in Huntington

Robbery
Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Huntington convenience store Thursday.

According to the Fairfax County Police Department, a man entered the store at 3:46 a.m. on the 2300 block of Huntington Avenue and displayed a knife to an employee. The man took cash and fled, police said. The robber was in his 20s, about 5 foot 5, and had a thin build.

Burglary
A resident reported someone entered their home and took property Wednesday on the 5000 block of Cameron Run Terrace in Huntington, according to police.

Unlawful entry
A resident reported that two men tried to enter his home through a door at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the 4000 block of Colony Court in Mount Vernon. The men left immediately when they saw someone was home, according to police.

Burglary
A resident reported someone entered their home and took property Wednesday on the 5000 block of Shadwell Court in Mount Vernon.
