SFDC Names New Executive Director
Edythe Frankel Kelleher is the organization's new Executive Director.

Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation announced Monday that Edythe Frankel Kelleher has been named the organization's new executive director.
Kelleher will replace former executive director David Versel. Versel left SFDC in January to work at the Center for Regional Analysis at George Mason University.
According to a press release issued by SFDC, Kelleher brings 17 years of experience working in local government, including serving on the staff of Mason District Supervisor Penelope Gross and the Vienna Town Council. Kelleher also serves on the executive committee of the Virginia Municipal League.

Before she worked in local government, Kelleher was a property manager and analyst with Legum & Norman, a project administrator with ST Research Corporation, and an economist and statistician for the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Kelleher holds an MBA from the George Washington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University.
