The 2025 White House Ornament Honors the 150th Anniversary of State Dinners

Get A Head Start On The Holidays And Support Programs For Children

Once again, Assistance League of Northern Virginia is offering the Official White House Holiday Ornament as a fundraiser. Each year, the White House Historical Association (WHHA) creates a new design to commemorate a special event, person, or place. This year’s ornament celebrates the 150th anniversary of the state dinners at the Executive Mansion. The front and back of the ornament features two iconic plates from the White House china collection.

As noted by the WHHA, this year marks the 150th anniversary of state dinners at the Executive Mansion, known today as the White House. It all began in 1874 under President Ulysses S. Grant, who welcomed King Kalākaua of Hawaii to a table set with purpose and pride. That evening sparked a tradition that has endured for a century and a half, blending the elegance of fine dining with the weight of international relations, fostering bonds between America and the world.

Our price is only $25 including tax. We will deliver locally and will add shipping charges if needed. To order, go to 2025 White House Ornament - ALNV or scan the QR code. For questions, email ornaments@alnv.org.
