Fair Oaks District Police Log: Oct. 27-Nov. 2

For the week ending Nov. 2, there were five larcenies, one major incident and one vehicle theft included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report. Fair Oaks District encompasses Oakton.

Major Incident — Fair Oaks District

Burglary: The Dry Clean $1.75 store at 11226 Waples Mill Road was burglarized around 1 a.m. Wednesday, November 2. An investigation determined entry was forced through a door and money was stolen.

Larcenies

• 3900 block of Centerview Drive, briefcase and cash stolen from business
• 12000 block of Government Center Parkway, cash stolen from business
• 13800 block of Metrotech Drive, cash stolen from business
• 11600 block of Monument Drive, pain reliever stolen from business
• 3900 block of Rugby Road, gift cards stolen from business

Vehicle Thefts

• 4200 block of Lauries Way, motorized scooter
