Several Flint Hill School football players were chosen as Virginia Independent School all-state selections for their efforts during the 2011 football season.
Senior Hunter Windmuller was selected for the first team for his performance as a punter.

Eight Huskies made the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference's All-League team: Jerrod Reed, Chrystian Brown, Ben Kase, Conor Chess, Michael Palma, Harrison Gray, Larry Chambers and Kevin McNerney.
