Gunman Holds Up Oak Marr Golf Clubhouse: Police
Police say a man with a gun entered the golf clubhouse Friday afternoon, demanding cash.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Police say a man with a gun held up the clubhouse Friday afternoon at the Oak Marr Golf Course, a Fairfax County golfing facility in Oakton.
The robbery was reported just after 5:30 p.m. Friday at the course, located at 3200 Germantown Road in Oakton (see map below). The clubhouse has a small pro shop, where golfers can purchase items such as golf balls, sunglasses and insect repellent.
Police say the man entered the clubhouse, displayed a handgun and demanded money; no word on whether he got away with any cash. Police said there were no injuries.

The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 25 to 30, about 5 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a slender build. He was wearing all black clothing, according to police.
