ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights drew dozens of illuminated, decked out boats to the waterfront on Saturday following the Scottish Christmas Walk Parade earlier in the day. Winners of the boat parade have been announced by host Visit Alexandria.
