"Meet Millie and her dazzling smile! This sweet five-year-old lady is hoping for a home where she can love and be loved. Millie is a huge fan of walks and has pretty good leash manners. Second only to Millie’s love of exploring the neighborhood is her unabashed enjoyment of rolling around in the grass! This friendly 53-pound lady has a gorgeous, smooth gray coat with white markings and distinctive ears. Millie is at a wonderful age for an adult dog, in that she has plenty of energy for joining you on walks and adventures, but also likes to slow down and cuddle. She likes to have chill time with her people and can be left alone for several hours without issue. Millie seems to get along well with other dogs but would probably thrive in a no-cat household. Miss Millie has fun playing with toys, but she thinks that saying hello to her human friends is better. If you are looking for a cuddle bug to love, Millie could be your girl! Contact the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria to meet Millie today."
