Armed Robbery Reported Tuesday Night on King Street: Police

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Alexandria Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place Tuesday night on King Street, police said in an alert sent out Tuesday at 7:49 p.m.

Police say two suspects implied they had some sort of weapon and stole items from a victim in the 3400 block of King Street (see map below).

Police did not say if a weapon was seen and if so what it was or what was taken from the victim. Police did not release any sort of description of the suspects. There was no further information about the circumstances of the robbery such as whether it took place outside of a business or in a more remote area.
