Armed Robbery Thursday Night of Convenience Store in Alexandria: Police
Police say the store that was robbed at gunpoint Thursday night is near Holmes Run Parkway (see map below).
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store Thursday night in the 300 block of N. Ripley St., in the City's West End (see map below).
Two suspects brandished firearms and stole cash, police said. There were no injuries. Expect police activity in the area.
Police sent out an alert about the incident Thursday night at 9:36 p.m. No description was made available of the suspects.
