The city will continue to allow vehicle owners to submit adjudication requests by mail. However, the 10-day adjudication limit will apply. The vehicle owner must present a valid driver’s license (or a copy for mailed requests) and supporting documentation when contesting a parking citation.
Hard copies of all documents must be mailed with the adjudication request or provided to the adjudicator and will become part of the adjudicator’s permanent records, which can be audited.
There is a $10 charge if a ticket is upheld. There is no fee if the ticket is waived based on the evidence provided.
