Cyclist Suffers Serious Injuries in Alexandria Crash: Police
Eastbound Duke Street closed Thursday evening due to the crash between a vehicle and a bicycle in Alexandria.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A man riding a bicycle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries Thursday after he collided with a vehicle, according to Alexandria Police.
The crash shut down eastbound Duke Street at West Taylor Run Parkway Thursday night during the evening commute.
Police sent out an alert about the condition of the cyclist at 6:44 p.m. Thursday.
