Del. Englin Has Most Cash-on-Hand Among Candidates
Virginia Public Access Project releases reports of campaign finance filings.

The nonpartisan Virginia Public Access Project has released preliminary reports of cash-on-hand as of Dec. 1 for recent state Senate and House campaigns. VPAP did not include information for those candidates who did not file by the Dec. 8 deadline to the State Board of Elections.
The campaign for David Englin, the uncontested winner of the House election for the 45th District seat, had $49,310 cash available as of Dec. 1.
Winner Adam Ebbin reported $18,542 in his Ebbin for Senate campaign account while opponents Tim McGhee reported $214 in the bank and Libby Garvey filed $1,299 for her campaign.

A report for Rob Krupicka's Senate campaign was not listed in VPAP's data.
