Sugar Shack will roll out new flavors each Wednesday in Alexandria and in Arlington, starting this week. The new donut flavors will be available through the weekend.

The Arlington and Alexandria stores will compete against each other each week for the best flavor. Voting will be based on social media likes, posts and shares. Anybody participating in, voting or suggesting new flavors should use the hashtag #DonutLab

This week's donuts:

  • Alexandria will roll out a "Munchies" donut, a chocolate-glazed donut topped with potato chips, pretzels, popcorn and M&Ms all covered in a chocolate and caramel drizzle.
  • Arlington will offer a decadent "Cannoli" donut with cannoli cream filling and chocolate glaze.

For future weeks, Sugar Shack will take suggestions from customers through social media for new flavor ideas.
