Due to expected icy conditions, Alexandria City Public Schools and federal government offices will open on a two-hour delay on Monday.
Additionally, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management recommends that federal employees remain off the road until 9 a.m. due to freezing rain expected to begin falling Sunday night.
