ALEXANDRIA, VA — Alexandrians and visitors can now feel the holiday spirit with a new holiday pop-up bar experience on a waterfront pier.

Barca Wine Bar & Pier announced its Barca Wonderland holiday pop-up is open at its pier bar on the waterfront (2 Pioneer Mill Way, Alexandria, VA). The experience includes themed cocktails served in festive glasses and mugs. The entire pier bar is decked out in lights and Christmas decorations.

Patch got a preview of some featured cocktails during a preview night Wednesday. The Sleigh Bells is a bourbon-based drink with maple syrup, hot black tea and bitters, garnished with toasted marshmallows and served in a Santa mug.
