I-395 North Lanes to Close at Seminary Road Sunday Night: VDOT
Lanes on 395 North will close at Seminary; traffic will be detoured up the Seminary Road exit ramp, across the road and back to 395 North.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- During overnight hours Sunday, May 15, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close all lanes of I-395 North at Seminary Road (Route 420) for bridge work on the Seminary Road overpass. Motorists should expect delays, VDOT says.
Sunday, beginning at 11 p.m., all lanes on northbound I-395 will be closed at Seminary Road, and traffic will be detoured up the Seminary Road exit ramp, across the road and back to I-395 North, according to VDOT.
All lanes of I-395 North will reopen by 4 a.m., Monday, May 16.

During this closure, the I-395 High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes will be open in the northbound direction and will remain open through rush hour Monday morning.
