Moms Talk: Screen Free Week

National Screen Free Week is being held Apr. 18-24 as a time to encourage families and others to turn off the television, video games, videos and other electronics.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends no screen time for children under two years and less than two hours per day for older children.
