Ramsey Homes Redevelopment: Community Meeting Set for Next Week

Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority and City will present potential options for redevelopment and seek community feedback.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A community meeting regarding the Ramsey Homes Redevelopment project will be held on Thursday, May 26, from 7-9 p.m., at the Charles Houston Rec Center, 901 Wythe St., the City announced Monday.

The meeting will include presentations and discussion of recent work completed by the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) and the City of Alexandria to jointly develop potential options for redevelopment of the Ramsey Homes site. Community feedback regarding the options will be solicited and reported to the ARHA Redevelopment Work Group at its June meeting.
