Victim Hit with Bottle, Robbed in Alexandria: Police

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a robbery that took place Thursday night at S. Patrick and Prince streets (see map below).

The victim was hit with a bottle and his wallet was stolen, according to police. The victim's injury was minor, police said.

Police sent out an alert about the incident Thursday at about 11:38 p.m. No information was provided about the suspect.
