Second Assault Attempt on W&OD Trail
Officers are investigating the attempted assault of a jogger on the W&OD Bike Trail Thursday morning, according to Leesburg Police. It is the second recent assault attempt on the W&OD, with another alleged incident last week in Sterling reportedly involving two unidentified subjects.

Washington, D.C., had a banner tourism year in 2015, shattering records for both the number of visitors to the District as well as dollars spent.
