Big New Reston Apartment Complex Gets OK from Fairfax County
The Lincoln will be located on a three-acre property that is adjacent to the new Commerce Metro Center that was also approved by the Board.
RESTON, VA — A three-acre site next to the future Commerce Metro Center has been approved for a new apartment complex by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
The Lincoln apartment complex will be built at the current location of the Executive II office condo parking lot at Sunrise Valley Drive and Commerce Park Drive, near the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station, according to a statement from the county.
The Board of Supervisors signed off on the seven-story apartment complex and Commerce Metro Center at their meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Metro Commerce Center will include 1.1 million square feet of new mixed use development.

The Lincoln will have 260 apartments, an interior courtyard and underground parking. The developer will also construct a shared use path along Sunrise Valley Drive.
