The South Lakes High School's boys soccer team topped Yorktown 3-1 Tuesday in a Northern Regional first-round game at home.
Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year Suli Dainkeh opened up scoring minute 24 of first half. Yorktown tied it early in the second half.
In the second half, SLHS pulled ahead on an Eddie Alvarenga pass to Jhonny DeSouza. Dante Guaranica added the Seahawks' final goal late in the period.

The Seahawks (16-1) will play Woodson (14-3) in the next round Thursday at home at 7 p.m.
Note: Dylan Katz and Suli Sainkeh have been named all All-Region Team 1; Huber Letona named to All-Region Second team, and Elvin Arbaiza, Honorable Mention.
